About Me

I am a motivated Human Resources professional and I love what I do! Human Resources has a wide variety of responsibilities that greatly impacts companies and their employees. I take pride in my work and love the complexities that occur. I utilize both experience and strategy to uniquely tailor my services to best support your organization and its goals. I love seeing the positive impact that having strong and reliable Human Resources has on a company and hope to continue to leave a lasting impact on all companies and people I meet. 

My career in Human Resources started in late 2017 and has grown into a Human Resources Management and Director level roles. I have gained experience in multiple industries such as for-profit trucking, non-profit mental health, non-profit health care, for-profit real estate, for-profit food service, and non-profit transportation industries. This has allowed me to learn a wide variety of laws, best practices, and strategies. I have improved existing processes and created systems from scratch regarding Human Resources and am confident I can customize a system that will work best for you!

I am open to domestic start-up companies, small to medium domestic companies, and domestic companies looking for high-level Human Resources consulting. The majority of my experience has been within Vermont but I do have experience with multi-state and international needs as well.  I encourage you to reach out if you are interested so we can talk more!
