This service is typically $100 per job description but price may vary.

My Employee Handbook & Policies service is targeted at HR policies within an organization. In the state of Vermont, your organization is not required to have an employee handbook, however, it is still essential to have HR policies regardless. This service can include:

• Reviewing.
• Updating.
• Implementing for any/all HR policies.
• Creating policies if your organization doesn't have any existing related HR policies.

My Internal HR Audit services help to identify and mitigate business HR compliance risks. My HR Mentor services are for HR professionals who want direct support throughout their careers. I will work with you directly regarding goal setting, plan customization that best supports you, and allow for 1:1 real-time coaching as complex challenges arise throughout your career.  This service is priced based on utilization per month.
